Hacking OTRS - Things which didn't make it into the mainline product
During my time as Consultant for the OTRS AG (inventor and owner of the Open Ticket Request System), I hacked some solutions for customers, yes, in Perl, which did not get incorporated into mainline product. Anyway, here’re some examples.

End of 2020 OTRS AG called off “((OTRS)) Community Edition 6”, in February 2021 OTRS AG announced that no new versions of the community edition will be provided.
